Can't remember the last time I bought American cheese, or chose it when I had a list of cheeses available. My reflexive answer for grilled cheese was Havarti, but I went with cheddar.

I thought Ohio first, but when I lived in NC it seemed as if there were a secret portal transporting Ohioans there.

If it were still open, I feared by now they could have become dominant. Hence, I was left with a sheep choice of Md. or N.J.
