Siena/Tuscany Recs

In 6 weeks I am headed to Italy for a 2/4/2 night trip to Siena, southern Tuscany, and then Florence before flying out.

Any sights to see other than the obvious ones and any restaurants/bars to visit that aren't loaded with tourists?
