Had forgotten about that guy. But was at the UVA/Tenn game last night, and he's Tenn's starting 2G, averaging 7.7 per and shooting 38%. Last night he had 5 points and couldn't hit a pig's ass with a banjo - not much of a threat. UVA is a good defensive team, but Tenn just plain has no one who can shoot the ball, as was also evidenced by their game against Gtown. They play pretty good, though. At least UVA was able to top the 40 point mark. Other thing about McBee is he's growing his hair a little long and stringy and has a goatee. Looks like he's auditioning for a Civil War reenactor position.

McBee has been a starter pretty much since his sophomore year and was a good sparkplug off the bench his frosh year. He is a solid G$ type role player.

Apt comparison. A confederate version of G$.

He airballed a 3-point attempt in the last seconds against Georgetown (Tenn. lost by 1).

He airballed a 3 last night.

And Heavy, neither Chase nor McBee should be starting for high major programs.

And no team would do well having both of them....only one can play at a time.

I hear McBee also makes young co-eds uncomfortable. No word on who he uses to stand guard at a nearby door.

Sounds like he's be an awesome backup to Chase.
