Good blue cheese is the answer, the problem is most blue cheese is crap. Went ranch cause its safer as there's nothing worse than bad blue cheese

Thank you. There's already sauce on there. Why do you need two sauces on the same food?

I do like ranch for the celery or accompanying fries/chips though.
