i haven't ever been. what can you tell me about it? a friend asked me to go this weekend, and told me to bring my dog. but my dog isn't super friendly (she doesn't bite, but she barks a LOT) with strangers and other dogs. so i'm really just wondering if there are TONS of other people/dogs there this time of the year, or if i could manage to have a relatively uneventful trip if i took her.

I've only been to South Mountain once, but it was on a beautiful day over Labor Day weekend and it wasn't very crowded. I'd guess it might be even less crowded this weekend.
