Should also be mentioned that the Assad air force has a policy of waiting 10-15 minutes or so after an airstrike, then circling back around for a second hit so as to kill rescuers digging children out of the rubble.
 
beyond any doubt there is an absolutely horrible situation in Syria, with no good prospects for the near future: either accept the rule of the murderous Assad regime, or continue the horror as is
