Anybody know what is up with him? I think he had to leave the broadcast Saturday because of a family emergency and Stan is by himself tonight.
 
Hate to hear that, my condolences and prayers are sent.
 
Hope he was able to get back to his family in time. It must be a horrific feeling to get that kind of news when you are away on business.

I'm assuming he was bc he wasn't calling the thanksgiving day game and he apparently passed on Sunday.
 
It was Dinger's dad. Stan mentioned it last night. He said his dad was a medal-earning WWII veteran.

Prayers for Dinger's family. If his dad was anything like Dinger, and I suspect he was, he was a great guy.
