I finished reading Fit for Battle about Harold Tribble and his presidency at WFU. http://www.amazon.com/Fit-Battle-Forests-Harold-Tribble/dp/1463426240 The book mentioned a fictional book written in 1962 by Russel Brantley, who was a member of Tribble's cabinet at WFU. The Education of Jonathan Beam, which I'd never heard of before, was obviously written about Wake and apparently caused quite a shitstorm between the school and the Baptist Convention. Being the WFU collector I am, I had to order a copy of it. I found one on Amazon for $5 and am interested to read it once it arrives.
Anyone on the pit read it, or even heard of it?
