The greatest year in music

1991 is/was pretty damn great. Loveless, Nevermind, Low End Theory, Goat, Apocalypse 91, Screamadelica, Steady Diet of Nothing, Gish, 13 Point Program, Diamonds and Pearls, Green Mind, etc. etc.

Weezer, Vitalogy, Nirvana Unplugged, Superunknown, Jar of Flies, Throwing Copper, Under the Table and Dreaming, No Need to Argue.

Blue Album already listed, just FYI.

...and almost all of them are American

2015 is the best because you can always listen to old stuff and new music keeps coming out. 2016 will be even better.

Didn't know that's what it's called. Not a huge Weezer fan.

Title says any music, not just non-American.

For me it was either the '92-'93 school year doing rock in clubs, frats, and festivals around NC/SC/VA/TN, '00-'03 period when I was doing classic soul, or 2005 when I was doing funk/soul in a 10-piece band.

My playing was fucking nuts those years
