The Most Ambitious Environmental Lawsuit Ever

Huey Long would be proud of the state of dirty politics in Louisiana today. And while the Republicans are certainly leading that charge, the Democrats are just as eager to milk this situation for their own ends, as the article reveals. Jindal is a clown. And it reminds me of the coal companies in Appalachia who destroy the environment around their employee's homes and lives yet retain fierce loyalty from those same people. Then when the mine is defunct, they pack up and leave town and their former employees broke, penniless, and bewildered. When you make your living in an unstainable industry, you will eventually feel the consequence. See also: Haiti.
