Don't waste a trip to Cincinnati on Jungle Jim's. It's boring as hell. It's nothing but a Trader Joe's on a mild dose of steroids. I have never understood the hype.
Apart from that, TW's recs are pretty good if you're only here for a weekend.
The new streetcar opened a few days ago so you can use that to get between the riverfront and OTR pretty easily. OTR is the place for nightlife, although Mt. Adams is much cooler IMO and you'll get terrific views of the city.
