Tim Billings not returning to Memphis

Would he come back or was he anti culture. ? Or was he sacrificed for not being from the Ohio tree?
 
Why is he not returning is the key question?
 
I have a feeling that our AD would not approve of his return to WF; but I maybe wrong.

He seems to have been the best assistant in Grobe's tenure. Well, 2nd to TC.
 
Never seen a position coach have such an obvious impact.

Wouldn't want him back if he's leaving under negative circumstances.
 
Kenny Moore testified to the difference Billings made when he was moved to WR coach.

Don't know their record but Hood would love to come back to Wake as a head coach. Doubtful though as an assistant.
