It's a glass of fresh water in the ocean of sewage that is this presidency. Forreal though, how hard is it to get an objectively positive headline? There are a million bipartisan bills that COULD be signed to help bring people back together.

I would be interested to see the reaction if Pelosi or Hillary made a big deal about how great this is.
