Yeah, right-wingers like the Kochs have created their own political Frankenstein monster, and now that they can't control him or his base, and he's doing things they don't like, they're hitting the panic button. I'm glad they're criticizing Trump, but it's not as if they're some innocent victim or bystander. As for the farmers, as you said, if they'd just listened to him during the campaign and read his statements on trade, they would have known this was coming. I have a hunch that these two groups of Trumpites won't be the last to feel betrayed and abandoned and hurt by their hero-messiah figure before this is all over.
 
The Kochs aren’t going to abandon their assets in Congress though.

I think the farmers are more likely to turn on Trump than the billionaire class.

lol reality show governing:

1) look at ratings
2) hold rally and make note of best applause things
3) give thing to writing team for scripting
4) sow dissent among actors and create division to thicken plot, curry interest among viewers
5) fan flames of thing to boiling point
6) do little or no real work, resulting in little or no real change to thing
7) say thing is really big or different thing than it is
8) look at ratings, repeat
 
These are minor agreements and Trump's people will have to kiss Canada's ass big time 24/7 until Friday to get ANYTHING out of them after all of Trump's insults.

Rightfully,Trump does not want to embark on infrastructure using the inferior steel.The process to weld it is extensive and it requires extra cleats to reinforce the welds.

* Florida went through the Chinese Sheetrock debacle..I surely hope that the brand new overpass that recently collapsed was not due to the inferior strength of the steel used
