This reminds me...There was a State Fan with no shirt that was sitting in the 3rd-4th row of section 5 Saturday that appeared extremely hammered. He seemed to be staggering in the first quarter. He kept shaking hands and talking to the Police lady and the hired help at the entrance to the section every time he was up or down throughout the game.
While this fan seemed friendly from what I can tell, at what point should the police and/or hired help have dealt with this person. It is one thing to drinking and drunk but another to shirtless and staggering. They all knew he was hammered but did nothing and joked about it.
So now people should be dealt with when they're dunk and orderly? LOL. You think the crowds are bad now? Try keeping drunk people out of football games!

Hell, I am drunk for most games but I am not staggering around with my shirt off greeting the hired help and making it obvious to everyone in the stands that I am hammered.
