I think the authentic mexican down here is actually pretty healthy. the frijoles and tacos are simple and healthy, and all the picos and spices are great. Most of the fat mexicans just eat mcdonalds and shit like fat Americans. that said, the breakfast tacos and bbqs can get out of control unhealthy. and peeps down here have pachangas like every day.
