Wake Athletics Street Names in CLT Development

I was driving earlier today and drove past a "Prosser Way", which made me wonder if it had a Wake connection. When I looked it up on Google Maps, I see that the apartment complex has streets named: Prosser Way, Grobie Way, Lobo Lane, and Swank Place. I wonder what poor saps have to say they live on Lobo Lane.

Based on the map, if you're on Grobie Way either you turn left on Lobo Ln and end up back where you started or you keep going and end up on Swank Place. Seems legit.

Nice area, but a bit too expensive for what you actually get. There are other local neighborhoods where you can get just as much house for like half the cost.

Property values there were pretty high around 2007 but have crashed hard after the developer made several terrible decisions. Residents doubt prices will ever return to those levels.

I guess it was pretty subtle
