Wake Baseball thread, season underway

Lost 7-2 to Western Carolina today. I believe Friday starts our home schedule.
 
Keniry earns a bases loaded walk to bring home the winning run. Nice comeback (down 5-4 bottom 9) to win 6-5 over Youngstown State in the first of two today (play WVU again).

Nice win, but 6 errors?
 
Record of 6-3 now, 12 of the next 14 are in W-S although some tough series with UNC and NCSU coming to town. Charlotte and New Mexico State coming up next.
 
Charlotte usually brings a good crowd - it would be nice to get some folks out to support these guys. Today's crowd was pitiful.

You can get a season adult pass for $45 and a kid's season pass for $25.
 
Lousy weather for the next 2 weeks or so...rain and 50's for at least two days this week and next week highs in the upper 40's.
 
Totally forgot about yesterday. Would have been a nice day to take in a game.
 
Big series this weekend against UNC. Weather looks like it will be good this weekend. Hopefully, we can win at least one game and maybe take the series with a little luck.
 
Baseball ranks 10-0 UNC as the #1 team in the nation. Winning the series would be huge for WF's NCAA resume'. Heck, knocking UNC from the ranks of the unbeaten would be sweet.
