Wake-Kansas Not Available on TWC?

We'll be in Surf City, and I think they have a different provider, I'm hoping I can see it.
 
Wait, so is it not even on ESPN3? We're just totally out of luck? I mean, I may not have even watched a second of the game anyway, but I am OUTRAGED that I don't even have the opportunity.
 
AXS is not available in the DC area on Comcast for anyone wondering.
