F/+ is Football Outsiders official college football rankings combining FEI and S&P+ (their two advanced stats metrics that are a play by play breakdown and take into account efficiency, field position, etc) - here's the current breakdown - Vandy #62, NCSU #67, Wake #83.

Vanderbilt is roughly the same offense/defense but excels in the special teams phase of the game (Football Outsiders generally accepts that football is 3 parts offense, 3 parts defense, one part special teams).
NCSU took a HUGE hit last week by losing to UVA and dropping 20 slots in the F/+ rankings.
Of note, Football Outsiders predicted our mean FBS wins (emphasis on FBS) at 4 games for the 2012 season.
Interesting stuff.
