Was this Barry Jacobs column posted already?

Oh joy, more LOWF bullshit from the resident tOSU flak.

We're all LOWF, just to different degrees. Unless you think we should be contending for national titles, you're LOWF. Do you think we should be contending for national titles? If not, why not?

"For a moment, at least, the Wake Forest program earned a respite from the carping of those who’d apparently forgotten what life was like before Grobe’s arrival for the 2001 season."

What was life like before the 2001 season? A lot like what life was like before the 2013 season.

Grobe's last four full seasons: 19-30 (.388), 1 bowl game, no winning seasons
Caldwell's last four full seasons: 17-28 (.378), 1 bowl game, 1 winning season

Which illustrates the point that our fans know way more about our program than these hacks, for whom we're the team they pay the fourth-most amount of attention to, at best

You know, I'd be pretty freaking happy, too, if I had a school like tO$U to fall back on when the Grobe show disappoints. That must be nice.

And quit the straw man nonsense. 99% of the folks on this board just want us to be competitive in the ACC, win games that we should win, and recruit up to our potential/play up to our talent.

Like the courts know pornography, we'll know it when we see it and we sure as hell aren't seeing it now.

I wish I was a fan of another school like Ohio State. If I was it probably wouldn't bother me when we're not good.

People should realize that Dillon is about as useful as keeper on his period.

38 per cent with Grobe beats the hell out life with Caldwell's 28 percent career record. And a lot better than the boring years of Dooley ( one good year:1992) or the losing seasons with Groh Only Cal Stoll and John Macovick were close to Grobe in success. ( I left out Peahead Walker because I'm not quite that old ) Grobe has made things a lot better at WFU than they were before he came. I'm growing weary of the losses too, but I appreciate what Grobe has done. His record against in state teams in incredible, particularly at home. Maybe Grobe will retire in 3 years if things don't get turned around I hope that doesn't happen but if it does I will be the first to thanks coach Grobe for a very good ride
