We Are Ninth In This Weeks RPI

IN YOUR FACE ELON, UNC-G AND NC A&T!!! (Three NC schools behind WF)...

Not that it matters, but RPI is a bogus rating system for basketball. Tulane has a better RPI (not Ken Pom or Sagarin rating) than WF even though WF worked Tulane 71-49 at Tulane. Tulane built its RPI by beating 6 schools ranked 217 or worse, and then beating #101 Miss. State at home. Tulane has played no team this year in the top 100 (WF has played 4 schools in the top 100; 3 of them in the top 50).

Wow...UNCW has only played 5 games so far and their best W is RPI 248. Hard to believe that translates to 42.
 
I've seen Davidson play in person twice this season against weak competition and they've completely annihilated the other team. They're not very athletic and this was expected to be a bit of a rebuilding year as they were moving into the A-10, but they move the ball well, make open 3-point shots, and play respectable defense. Only game they've lost so far was to UNC-CH. I think they would beat us as long as their shots are falling at a reasonable pace.
