What do you consider expensive for car insurance?

In my experience it is cheaper getting quotes online. Some of the top insurance companies offer discounts when ordering online, because it is less work for them. Also agreed. They are the only insurance company I have ever had even when I was working as an agent for a competing company.

Awesome customer service and like I said, I think our high auto rates are because of our zip code since no one else seems to be able to touch their rates even though I find it a little pricey.
