Damn... Jamie got cut?
I came here looking for updates on the guys. But don't see many so I'm posting them myself
Basham impressing during Bills camp (from 7/29)

Sage currently the outside looking in in Detroit (from 7/27)

Scotty Washington also still on the outside but a solid practice squad spot locked up according to this 7/29 prediction

Wolford locked in as the #2 Rams QB and likely to get some playing time this season since stafford always seems to get injured
Justin Herron is likely locked in on the Pats 53 man roster as well and should see an uptick in PT in year 2

Thanks for the updates. Yes, Newman was cut in June before reaching camp.
This made me look into other players:
Kevin Johnson signed with the Titans this offseason, but then announced
his retirement in June.
Phil Haynes is still with the Seahawks, but
this fan blog has him on the outside for a roster spot.
Jake Benzinger is in camp with the Colts, but his best bet looks like a practice squad role.
Nathan Gilliam and
Willie Yarbary are both with the Chargers in camp, though practice squad would be most likely for both.
Joe Looney and
Alex Bachman are both in camp with the Giants. Looney should make the roster as a back-up IOL. Bachman most likely another PS season.
Marquel Lee is also with the
Bills trying to make the team after missing most of 2020 with an ankle injury.
Jessie Bates III is an all around stud and
guaranteed starter for the Bengals.
Justin Strnad,
Essang Bassey, and
Kevin Hinton are still making up Wake Forest West in Denver.
Bassey made the 53 as an UDFA in 2020, but ended the season on IR after an ACL. The Broncos added CBs in the offseason, so his road to the roster is narrow and he may start the season on the PUP. After a broken wrist cost
Strnad all of 2020, he looks likely to make the roster and contribute this season.
Hinton is a fan favorite in Denver for his contribution in 2020, but outside of that notorious game, he looks in good shape to make the roster, or at least the PS, in 2021 at receiver. Great story for him.
Duke Ejiofor was
cut by Houston in June for failed physical. He suffered back to back Achilles and ACL injuries in 2019 and 2020.
Dom Maggio is with the Falcons in camp as the #2 punter. Will need to impress some team in pre-season, and maybe see an injury. Making it as a specialist is hard.
Amari Henderson is with the
Vikings.
