I'm of the opinion that Dekker will emerge as the starting SF for the Clippers. He had a solid run for the Rockets last year before he got hurt and I think this trade will give him minutes that were harder to come by in Houston. This situation is particularly sad, though, given the awful wings Doc signed while CP was here. Dekker may already be the best of that group.
By the time it's all said and done, I see the Clippers having two starters between Beverly, Dekker, Williams, and Harrell with two top notch bench contributors. Harrell is good Blake insurance, IMO. Lou is better than Jamal and Austin, and could possibly be capable of starting at SG given Beverly's defensive versatility.
More importantly, though, the Clippers have some assets. It's kind of unacknowledged how screwed the long term outlook was thanks to GM Doc's incompetence. Some of that has been fixed, though it will take some time to get the team back on track and it's a shame to have to lose CP in the process.
(Part of me wants to see what Liggins and Hilliard can do, as well. They haven't done much so far, but the Clippers managed to get starting caliber play from Luc last year, so who knows!)
Also, I can't cheer for the Rockets. It sucks because CP is my dude, but Jeff [Redacted] can go to hell.
