I am running Windows 10 (Version 1709). Over Thanksgiving MS did a big update dump, and now my display screen is distorted horizontally, even though I have the display settings set at the recommended levels.

My graphics driver is Radeon HD 3450, and is apparently the latest. Some on the MS forum have suggested going back to an earlier graphics driver, but how do you do that?

Any help would be appreciated!
