Winston dog trainers

We have had an English Setter puppy for a few months....almost 5 mos old now. She just isn't catching on to the potty training....or most anything else....except shaking. Either she is a little 'slow' or we are just the worst at training a puppy. We have never had problems training previous dogs, but this one is STUBBORN.
My wife is about to go nuts. We HAVE to get her some obedience training before she and I both get put out of the house. Anybody have any recs for good dog trainers in Winston?
