wireless network question

i have a 4 year old netgear nighthawk that works like a champ in my teeny tiny 2400 sf house

i'm trying to figure out how to get a signal in my guest house but routers along the breezeway just dont cut it,.

my only issue in my minuscule 800~ sqft apt is that ppl around me are interfering with my signal in certain spots.

had to play around with the channels to fix.

We just upgraded to google nest to help with interference issues since we have multiple access points.
