Would Americans get better healthcare results IF

I couldn't find if the tax revenues equal the cost of healthcare.

It almost seems that the private sector would love for people to quit bad behavior, but government budgets would suffer.

And you've just discovered the whole point of sin taxes. Curbs sin and tax revenue at the same time. And you know conservatives hate tax revenue.
