Writers Guild of America's 101 Best Written TV Shows of All-Time

"I ain't no suit-wearin' businessman like you. Just a gangster, I suppose."

"Hey, don't knock the Greeks. They invented civilization."
"Yeah, and ass-fucking, too."

"Know what they call a man who pays that much attention to his clothes?"
"Yeah. A grown up."

"I'm just a humble motherfucker with a big-ass dick."
"You give yourself too much credit."
"Okay then. I ain't that humble."

"Ayo, lesson here, 'Bey: you come at the king, you best not miss!"

I think modern family , 24, and freaks and geeks are too low. I also would have had sports night and the sorkin sunset 50 or whatever it was called in my top 50. Oddly I did not take to west wing

Parenthood would make my top 100. So would the coupling uk show

The beauty of 24 was that I think they understood how ridiculous it all was and embraced. It was a so bad it's good kind of show (if that makes sense).

Those are all great. The first one is Omar in the court room right? Wearing a tie around his tshirt?

I miss Friday Night Lights. I just listened to theme song and it made me want to go re-watch the whole series.

The Wire is the greatest show ever written, and it's not even really close.

PS - To all the Wire fans out there, watch this. Prepare to be blown away.
