Is this like the 40oz porterhouse for like $175? That's been on the to-do list for quite some time, actually I haven't been to anywhere in the Mozzaplex.

I'd try the bone in New York, but can't say I've ever particularly appreciated the dry-aging process.

But more curious to experience the meat/cheese apps
