An excellent plan "B", IMO.

I'm good till the running. Take a 2 litre,fill it with ice water,head to the steam room. Hold the run
 
Bojangles sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, lemon lime gatorade (I call it green original gatorade but everyone else seems to call it yellow gatorade) and 4 ibuprofen. I also always have a pitcher of water bedside whether I'm drinking or not. Staying hydrated is key.
 
Gatorades and Vitamin B complex. And a really solid deuce.
