Wake to keep [Redacted] according to John Feinstein sources

the definition of keep is "to retain possession of." wake is not "retaining the possession of" bz. he is gone. we may not be technically firing him (like the blowhard feinstein said), but we also aren't keeping him.

like my friend 94deac is fond of saying, reading comprehension is your friend.

I did. nowhere does it say that wake is keeping him. it says that wake isn't firing him. but he will resign. not fired. not kept. gone.

The problem with the HAR HAR is because its not even remotely funny anymore. It has been done for 3 years now multiple times getting less funny each time. Then people want to get in on the action because they don't want to feel left out and it becomes a circle jerk of unfunny. Its like rickrolling or icing someone in the year 2014.

The second tweet says that instead of firing him we are firing two assistants. I guess it's possible he could resign and then we fire two assistants but that's in no way what he meant.

I've been sworn to secrecy but I can share that Wellman is a member of the Freemasons and this is a much bigger deal than just Wake sports. That much can be shared.

As someone on BSD said, you wait till day 1 of the tournament where you announce it and no one notices. That's obviously going to be the case.

Seems like the only important info left to figure out is when Ron is coming back to Winston. Staying in Dayton for games tomorrow I assume. Then does he go to a tourney site or two Thurs-Sun?


That's why I think it'll be either Thursday or Monday.
