I think CMM has to count as a tally in their favor for "eye for under the radar talent." We seemed to scout and get a commitment from him long before he blew up.
 
Yea, I was going to add Tree too but I think the verdict is still a little out on what he'll become. Obviously the verdict's out on both of them, but it seems pretty certain that CMM is going to be an above average ACC player.
 
Jury is still out at this point as Buzz has only had one recruiting class to play.

But it looks possible that CMM, Tree, DT, and Dre are all under the radar types. Hell, if summer ball is any indication, DG may be the same.
 
The verdict is still out on all of these guys. None have played one college game. Summer league games don't really tell you anything. We used to give State fans crap because they raved about their players during Chavis league every summer.
 
About the only things you take from summer leagues are intensity and whether the players get along. Look at the year when there was clearly dissension caused by Ty by not picking up Tony and then the fights during games.
 
Just saw this tweet from a Nebraska guy. Figured it might be legit because I'm guessing he wouldn't have mentioned us unless if he had talked to the kid about his choices.

I wonder if the coaches are thinking of moving CMM to SG. Seems like we're recruiting a lot of PG's, and the SG search hasn't exactly gone well.

Uh, we're in Davon Reed and Kam Williams's respective top-3s and have Miles Overton under our thumb. We're doing just fine in terms of recruiting an SG.
