    I want to point out in regards to Pizza…Chicagoans do not laud deep-dish. They tolerate it. Most Chicagoans I know only do deep dish when out of towners visit True Chicagoans will tell you that tavern style is the true Chicago pizza

    In lieu of my standard company email signature I’m going to just sign all my emails with a picture of a wax seal with my initials on it. I think it raises the stakes
