Nah. Those Prosser lower rated recruits were much higher rated than the Manning bottom level recruits. The lower rated Prosser recruits were somewhere between Collins and Melo.

Ha. If that were true, it would make Manning one of the worst game/team coaches that college basketball has ever seen. Need RChill to weigh in here.

His stat line was 10/7...those are probably his only explosive plays in the game. Guy is 6'9" and still isn't even recording a double-double in the games he posts online to sell himself to coaches.

LOL that was his Senior Yr tape. He was originally class of 2018 and spent another year in high school to try and get scholarship offers. From 2018 dud to 2019 #2 recruit for ACC Wake Forest! LOL what a joke Manning has become. Rondale is laughing harder than Dick Wash after ECU.
 
Thank goodness Wake didn't go down the irrational path of the fans who wanted Manning gone and instead went the "rational" RChill route. We could be building a class on top of last year's group with the excitement and recruiting boost of a new coach, but would anyone really trade that for the #NewBeginnings that Manning and staff are busy conjuring up? I rest easy knowing that Manning is preparing these kids for the time after the ball stops bouncing, because that time is quickly approaching for most of them.
 
This is a strange development. Does anyone recall one of these unheard of guys amounting to much? Mike Drum Comes to mind, but he played well at a low level and came in as a walk-on.

What? You don’t like uncontested rebounds and limited offensive skills?

Best case scenario is that this kid is a project who breaks into the rotation his junior/senior years due to defense and rebounding.

But it’d be surprising if he were here that long.
