In conference games Crawford finished 15th in scoring, 4th in assists, 10th in steals, and 3rd in A/TO.
Pretty bogus he didn't even get honorable mention

If you youngbloods really want to see a travesty in MVP voting, go look back at the 1995 ACCT where Chill was inexplicably not unanimous.
 
At least Grayson Allen wasn't even honorable mention after being first team last year.

So Pastner gets to 8-10 with the 2nd team All-ACC player and DPOY and an All-Frosh player and he's COY. Manning gets to 9-9 with only one player with any All-ACC honors and he finished 5th in the voting?

Yeah. The math for Pastner over Manning by that big of a margin doesn't make sense.

Pastner lost his top two players off his 11th place 8-10 team and finished in 11th place at 8-10 the next year.
Manning lost two of his top 3 players of his 15th place 2-16 team and finished in 10th place at 9-9 the next year.

Also, some would argue that player improvement has a tiny little bit to do with coaching.
 
Pastner sucks. He will be no better than Gregory over the course of his tenure there.
 
Kennard being unanimous 1st teamer but only getting 5 POY votes is also really strange. I would've been perfectly fine with any of Collins, Kennard, or Colson getting POY. All of those guys were better than Jackson.
