CT 185: God Help Us All

I came in an hour late, but I'm at work. This place is a ghost town.
 
My office is closed today for Presidents Day but I opted to work and trade it for a day off later. Buuut now I can't get on to our vpn for some dumb reason so either need to go in or take the day off after all.
 
I've laid eyes on one other person today, and she's already left. I know at least one other person is here since he IM'd me, but that's it. I'm defs the only person on my floor right now.

TX has had some ridiculously nice weather this past week. February/March are just the best months around here.

By the way, are you back in TX now? For some reason I thought you were in Africa still.

I'd be interested in those same numbers for all the big Texas cities. I'm pretty sure rents have risen drastically across the state, though Austin is the most extreme.

Why is that?

I've lived in both and always end up paying for storage space I don't need in the two bedrooms and accumulating crap that I should throw out.

I always think, "It would be nice to have a place for friends to stay" but the air mattress works just as well.
 
Rents drop big time around March in Gainesville. Got down to $548 during the month of 4/2011.
