We often think our basketball woes started with the curse of the nut punch, but I'd argue it goes back to the Tony Karasek/Kenny Green butter knife fight.
I think Crawford would have done better under Forbes. I'm not certain about big guys. Forbes seems to be good at ball dominant guards. Problem is that isn't enough.Depends on the players. I like think Forbes would do better with the higher end Manning players like Collins, Dinos, Crawford, Moore, Sarr, Brown, and some others. But I have little confidence Forbes could have coached those players to a better performance down the stretch and in the ACCT.
Well any credibility you possibly had is shot to shitIf anything, the coaching is worse. I think Buzz at least knew what to do.

Hadn’t really given thought, but unfortunately probably right as Bzz’s talent was horrific and guessing he could have schemed much better with Forbes better talent. If anything, the coaching is worse. I think Buzz at least knew what to do.

Anyone else see Keller catch a pass from Reid under the basket and, despite being unguarded, he pump faked nobody and then missed a rushed jump shot?
An NBA team hired him as a defensive specialist.People still buy this idea that [Redacted] was a great Xs and Os coach.
PatienceYes, and that was the end of his night.
The transformation to the next JJ is really going to be something.

And takes them when we desperately need points. And he frequently misses.

They're just obsessed with wanting Forbes out yesterdayPeople still buy this idea that [Redacted] was a great Xs and Os coach.
That has no relevance to in game head coaching. Hell Jim Boylen had an NBA HC gigAn NBA team hired him as a defensive specialist.
Meh we’ve been soft AF down the stretch for the entire Forbes tenureIMHO, there were more lapses and less overall game preparation this year than last (despite having more talent). I think we miss Coach Savage pretty bad.
