Lost 4-3

Guerin looked tired as shit down the stretch and then appeared to either hurt herself or cramp up in the last game. Really struggled after being up I think 40-15 at 3-3 and lost the last 3 games.

Guern was actually up 3-1 in the third and then lost 5 straight games. Tough way to lose, but good fight from the Deacs against a higher ranked team.

Overall, I thought the women's team would have a better year and be in the running to host the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament. Injuries hurt them, with Zalewski, Asch, and Ulyachshenko all missing matches. They also lost several matches (NC State, Cuse) at home that they should have won. Guerin will still play in the NCAA singles portion.

Kentucky is going to be tough on Saturday. They played really well against a solid Georgia State team today. They have a lot of talent and Wake will need to play well to win.

they were 15-12 so must have had to play through a bunch of injuries to be as talented as they are today
