Too lazy to look it up, but I can’t imagine our rushing YPC/YPG and sacks allowed stats are in the top 50 in Clawson’s tenure. Probably not even when you exclude the first 2-3 years.

Even in good offense years, we’ve had some horrible OL performances. Remember Liberty last year?

Yes but why does the OL suck so much this season? These aren’t freshmen. They’ve been in the program multiple years. They look lost out there.
 
It's not too hard to understand what's wrong. Our offensive line couldn't block a high school defense. We routinely give up sacks with a back in against a three man rush. Merv has no pocket presence, holds the ball way too long and then makes bad decisions. Kern wasn't awful, but god he stared down every receiver. At least he knew when to step up and not panic. We're not a good team, period. I blame Clawson for recruiting these guys, but you can't win with this group. They suck.

Sure if those stats are your “good ol” measure I’m sure we suck.

Not sure how we break records when our QBs don’t have time to throw or RBs can’t run the ball. I remember colburn/carney/walker/beal-smith destroying defenses

Like milk, do coaches have expiration dates? No OL and no QB is the proverbial tough row to hoe.
