The one thing that bothers me about timeouts on an opponent's floor...the crowd goes nuts. Of course then they calm down and most aren't smart enough to keep it going after play resumes.

Hess is the ref who threw Manning out of the game last year at Maryland for saying "unbelievable." What a great ref Hess was!
