Pretty great. I had their country ham biscuit and it might've been the best country ham I've even eaten.
Sriracha maple syrup was also great.

At Biscuit Head, they give a definition on the menu for the Yankees.
Their ham was so tender. It was like the filet mignon of country ham, except not devoid of flavor.

A filet is tender, but doesn't nearly have the flavor of a ribeye or strip. Or even better, hanger or skirt.
And I've actually never had the country ham from Biscuit Head -- I always go for the pulled pork or brisket. Will check it out.
