People in positions of power make unseamly and unnecessary mistakes more often than you might think.
Still sewing dissent, I see.

Sad what’s happened the Manafort? Geez. The man is a criminal of very high order. That statement of Trump’s is white privilege summed up.

The “swamp” was never about actual corruption. It was about Democrats. That’s it. They just turn Democrats into whatever boogie man they need at the time.

This is true for this instance, but there is a swamp in Washington for sure. It’s the money. It’s making deals with monied interests and when those deals end up hurting people, which sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t, it’s covering up for the politicians and the fatcats so average Americans eat the cost and endure the suffering. See the water in Trent, the death toll in Iraq, the ridiculously imprisoned poverty class, etc etc etc
Yea, what? That’s all you’ve got? Unpredictability? FBI senior officials stood to make money? How? Haha. The plan to advance their careers really backfired; half of them have been fired or demoted. LOL.
WnB’s explanation on the previous page makes far more rational sense dude. Your’s makes none.
Why are you trying haplessly to ridicule what is obviously true?.
Why are you trying haplessly to ridicule what is obviously true. People, including senior FBI officials, made money out of trying to spy on Trump and trying to frame him. McCabe got over $500,000, Fusion got millions by getting paid by both the dems and the government for the same concocted disinfornmation, Ohr's wife got paid by Fusion, nor do I think our old schifoso Sydney Blumenthal worked for free.
Yeah, their plan failed. They proved to be fools. I don't know why you feel the need to join them.
Sailor, my man. If meddling in elections in support of one candidate over another was a worthwhile means to being promoted in the FBI, it would happen in every election. It’s not plausible, because it is not how promotions work. “Brownie points” with Clinton were nullified when they dropped the hammer on her with the Weiner email announcement days before the election. Also, she had the Steele dossier and didn’t use it. None of your points hold up, it’s just scattershot conjecture.
A lot of corrections are necessary with your post, W&B.
1. Yeah, as a matter of fact, you do win promotions by helping the boss, or in this case the presumed soon-to-be boss. Trying to spy on your opponent's campaign is not exactly new in American politics. The extent of compromising the DoJ, the FBI, the intelligence services, the DoS and who knows what else is, however, rather impressive. Let's hope that it is exceptional, too.
2. The FBI leadership criminal cabal held on to the Weiner laptop e-mails until they thought it would have little impact on the election. Remember, they knew about the e-mails for about a month before announcing that they were obliged to examine them. Looks like they goofed again.
3. What are you talking about not using the Steele dossier? They fed it to the FBI, which then used it to get FISA warrants to spy on Trump's campaign and later his transition. They legalized opposition research trach and then compromised the FISA courts with it. What a bunch of scoundrels, true swamp creatures.

It is categorically ILLEGAL to "solicit or receive" anything of value from a foreign national. Your ignorance is limitless.

It could be argued that this was a major factor in Hillary losing.
