No. Not necessarily. Do I think her memory is not to be trusted? Of course it cannot be trusted.Anyone who levies charges against someone and does not know the day, month, year and names witnesses who did not witness what is described. Well, that is not for believability.

The facts in this allegation will help you. This is a case of mistaken identity imo.

What about Kavanaugh's behavior during the hearing? Did you feel like he behaved in a way consistent with what we should expect from a Supreme Court Justice?

He has committed multiple felonies during this process. If an Obama nominee for Deputy, Assistant Director for Canine Control in South Sudan done the same, he/she would have had a perp walk.

I don’t begrudge him some temper..a man without any temper at all is not worth his own salt as was once said.

I was hoping for him to catch his breath but I understood his seething over having been dealt one of the most egregious smears I have ever witnessed.

The JFK’s and Trump and Bill — they do plenty to earn a reputation that is less than stellar in areas of propriety.They are ego driven power players and are open to smearing. They are politicos. This guy..nahhh, they ought not have savaged him to the 9th degree. I would have stopped and considered it “fair” to have left off at “Pure Evil” and “His nomination will kill millions of people”...

Is that fair enough?

I wish dems would treat Kavanaugh like Ellison, but they don’t because this has never been about the truth, it’s always been pure politics. I don’t think I’ve ever been more ashamed of a political party in my life than I am by the behavior of the Democrats.
