Jeff [Redacted] Show: No more live questions/CJ and Cav On Now

Not surprising. State and Carolina don't have live callers. Just an indication that this fanbase has started acting like others.
 
Cancelled Scout- way overdue and Rivals- hated to do. These jokers are pointless.
 
Boycott Wake basketball until this shit ends. Completely disgusting. Fuck you, Ron! Fuck you, Bzzz!
 
Well, I understand their point of view. You can't buy air time so some idiot can just rant and then brag on the boards about how he was "the man" on the radio. There must be some protection.

However, this coupled with the lack of an orderly hiring process smacks of a refusal to be accountable. I hope someone on the BofT is demanding some sort of public press conference so that the legitimate concerns and questions of real fans can be addressed. Otherwise this is the sign of a sinking ship. Sad really.
 
Everyone should just log the questions that they submit on a thread here, and then we can see if they actually answer some of the "tough" questions (not the same as stupid questions). If they actually address most legit questions, then no big deal. If they just go with a bunch of fluff questions, then that is a big problem.
 
Ronny knows the shows were progressively gonna get more confrontational after we get blown out by 40 against Duke and go 1-15 in the ACC again. Fuck this athletic department. Don't give another dollar to Wake Forest basketball until this shit changes.

I've got some bad news for Ron:

Limiting access to Buzz won't change the most two important things:

1. An undoubtedly terrible win/loss record.
2. The anger the big money boosters are feeling right now. They're smart enough to know what they've paying for is downright embarrassing.

Enjoy going down with the ship, you arrogant son of a bitch. Get ready for retirement.
 
vtwhat made this for me a few days ago. I was going to save it until we get absolutely pummeled next, but Wellman has shocked and appalled me with this move. I don't want to save it anymore.

Prosser would have sat at that microphone and answered every callers questions even after the show was over.

What a complete clown show our athletic department has become, and it's occurring at the worst time possible.
 
Wellman also managed to call a lot more attention to the coach's show than necessary. He thinks this is somehow a punishment.
 
There's no way Bzzz is fired after this season. All signs point to them protecting his sorry little self. And it's absolutely disgusting.
 
Just absorb what he is saying: Wellman said. “And this is our show. This is an opportunity to talk about Wake Forest basketball, the direction we’re going. And if the fans want to ask a question, we’ll respond to a question."
Its their athletic program not ours. Sad and it clearly states what has become obvious.

I was surprised to read North Carolina and N.C. State have both changed the formats of how callers to their coaches’ shows ask questions. Roy Williams and Mark Gottfried do not take direct questions from callers, according to media-relations officials from the schools
 
We had a thread the other day about bzzout vs bzhate. As of this moment I honestly hate Wellman and [Redacted] (I assume that had he said he wanted to keep the format they would have kept it). Fuck stan, too.
 
Our athletic department has officially "jumped the shark". We have now been relegated to censorship from the Premier. This is insane. Fire 'em all. Buzz gone. Wellman gone. Grobe gone.

If Buzz can't take a live question from a fan of his own university how the heck do we plan on winning in Cameron? And Grobe just thinks it is downright impossible to be a dominant program in the ACC.

Southern Conference here we come!
 
Yep. He clearly made a dividing line between "we" and the fans. It's him, the Athletic Department, and [Redacted] against the fans. The question is where do Hatch and the BOT stand.
