Shooting at an elementary school in Connecticut

Only 3 people being treated at the hospital. Ugh. At this point, I'm hoping he only made it to the one classroom...
 
Listening to the children speaking to reporters about what they did when the attack occurred, I recall the intruder drills we conducted twice a year when I was teaching, hoping that we would never experience this horrendous scenario. It matches verbatim our procedures. The loss of innocence so young. Unspeakable. I am thinking of the families of Newtown/Sandy Hook and all families with children across the country. This tragedy touches us all.
My sister and her family used to live in this community.

Mommy and daddy cut him off and this piece of shit realized he couldn't do anythig except smoke pot and play fucking Mass Effect.
 
I live in Jersey. We have pretty strict gun laws here, no idea how this guy got his hands on these weapons.

With 300 million guns in the country I'm sure you can get them from any number of places, both legally and illegally.

I've taken part in those drills as part of my job. Very unnerving to think about what you're practicing for.
 
Christmas is a week and a half away. How many of these parents have presents wrapped and hidden away, plans to visit family over the school break, to pick out a tree together over the weekend...

I'm gonna go curl up in a ball under my desk for a bit.
 
I got nothing. This is pretty much the worst thing imaginable.
