Don't know if any of you CTers remember but in July I quit my 17 year IT career, moved to the Chicago suburbs to live with my new lady, and got into the food biz. We own a catering/take-out spot with a little shop in the front with pantry items and other interesting retail items.
I'm as happy as I've ever been.

so, #carrotsnacks. For my work lunches, I've switched from meat & cheese sandwiches to PB&J sandwiches over the past month or so. When I had a turkey sandwich I would eat the sandwich, then carrots, then yogurt. Now PB&J is too sweet to feel like it counts as the entree so I've switched the order to carrots, PB&J, yogurt. So carrots are now my entree.

I'm fairly sure if I had to pack my lunch and eat it at my desk I'd throw myself out a window after a week. Gots to get my getting outta the office break.
