BOOOOO.... I really wanted them to do a reality TV show.

Has Calgary done anything yet? Is Brian Burke awake?
 
Flyers trade Meszaros for a third (good!) and suddenly have a bunch of cap space (uh oh...)

OK, what deals have happened that we just haven't heard about yet?
 
My Lord, it's like Montreal found Vanek in the dollar spot at Target. WHY CANT YOU DO THAT, RUTHERFORD?
 
So the Ducks moved Penner to make room for an upgrade on wing that they never acquired.

The Isles I guess tried to get too much for Vanek and had to panic-trade him at the last second for whatever they could get? Were the Ducks not willing to top that, or was there just no time?
 
Neuvirth, Klesla, and a 3rd going to the Sabres in return, reportedly. So the Sabres trade for a middling Czech goalie, I've seen this one before...
 
Important question, do the Caps fans hate Halak from 2010?
 
Vanek is probably a rental wherever he goes, so that hurts his value. But still...Montreal made out like bandits here, I'm really surprised that's all the Isles got for him.
 
I guess the Isles were trying to contend when they made the Vanek deal. But still, epic fail

Perfect example...#Caps lose 5-4 to the #Flyers and Holtby played terrific, Caps were out shot attempted 61-21 following the 1st period
