Arizona alum here wanting to chime in on Archie. Whichever ACC program that hires Archie, and it will happen eventually, is getting a personable, relentless recruiter who can also teach at a high level. Arizona did not have the same nepotism rules as Xavier, which allowed Sean to hire Archie from Thad. I too remember him as that "little twerp" from NCSU, but I heard nothing but positives during his two year stay at Arizona. The players absolutely love him and were crushed but also happy for Archie when he took the Dayton job. I know Derrick Williams credits Archie, and along with Sol Hill, still stay in close contact with him.
Archie is a fantastic recruiter, in his one year at Arizona State, he set up the Scott Pera/James Harden package deal that saved Herb's job. AM was instrumental in the recruitment of Derrick Williams (after his release from USC, it was down to Arizona/Memphis) and Nick Johnson. Sean and Archie run the same pack line defense and "passing game" offensive sets. The pack line defense, I'm sure you are familiar with, runs out at three point shooters while helping to cut off driving lanes. The one weakness is against players with mid-range games but that is considered the least efficient method of scoring.
